A friend has gifted me recently with a lovely orchid plant. I could not resist to try to capture the beauty of its blooms. So elegant and fragile. Their unique flower designs are, in my opinion, one of the best creations of Mother Nature. I hope I have managed to succeed… Enjoy!

Thank you for your comment. The macros do look very abstract on occasion. Being so close you, sometimes, lack the point of reference. But there is such beauty in them that, quite often, it becomes irrelevant. I am very happy you like them!
